The apartment La Meridiana is located on the second floor of the farmhouse of Villa Ulivello and is accessed from the exclusive terrace with views of the surrounding countryside. The living-kitchen-dining area is very spacious and bright. The kitchen area has a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, kettle, 4 induction hobs and all the necessary equipment for simple preparations; the living area houses the dining table and a double sofa bed that can be opened if needed. There is a fireplace in the living room. The apartment also has a double bedroom with a small private bathroom inside, a bedroom with a French bed, and a single bedroom. Finally, the main bathroom is large, naturally ventilated with a window overlooking the garden. All rooms have air conditioning for both cooling and heating.

The gamekeeper's apartment is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse on the east side facing the olive grove, is accessible and has an independent entrance from a pertinent courtyard shaded by a vine pergola. Its interior is rustic but refined. The apartment has a living-kitchen-dining room in which there is also a double sofa bed that can be opened if necessary, a double bedroom, and a spacious bathroom. The kitchen, equipped with 4 induction hobs, is equipped with everything needed for simple preparations and has a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and kettle. All rooms have air conditioning for both cooling and heating.

The Liberty room takes its name from the Art Nouveau decorations on the ceiling recovered during the recent restoration and the original cherry wood furniture in refined Art Nouveau style. It features two large windows overlooking the villa's park and olive grove, respectively. The very large room can be prepared either with two single beds or with a double bed however accessorized with modern wooden slatted bed frames and comfortable high quality mattresses, and if necessary a bed for a child can be added. The room is equipped with air conditioning for both cooling and heating. The bathroom, for exclusive use and obtained in the room with which it shares the decorated ceiling, is naturally ventilated and is equipped with thermo furniture

The Room of the Stove takes its name from an ancient decorated terracotta stove with which the room was once heated, recovered during the restoration and now placed at its entrance. Thanks to the two large windows that overlook the villa's garden and park, the room is very bright and spacious: in addition to the double bed, equipped with modern wooden slatted bedsteads and comfortable high-quality mattress, it is in fact possible to add a single bed for a child. The furnishings date from the early 1900s. The room is equipped with air conditioning for both cooling and heating. The bathroom, for exclusive use and created in the room as a result of the restoration, is naturally ventilated and equipped with thermo furnishings

The Magnolia Room takes its name from the magnolia tree that grew in front of the room's window in which the color of the walls precisely resembles the color of the large tree's flowers. The room features furnishings dating from the late 1800s with a double bed accessorized with modern wooden slatted bed frames and comfortable, high-quality mattresses. The room is equipped with air conditioning for both cooling and heating. The bathroom, for the room's exclusive use, is naturally ventilated and equipped with thermo furnishings

The Grotesque Room is the largest in the entire villa. It was in fact the master bedroom and its ceiling is decorated with finely crafted grotesques that give it a magical atmosphere. The room features furnishings dating from the late 1800s with a "king-size" double bed accessorized with modern wooden slatted frames and a comfortable high-quality mattress, with the possibility of adding a bed for a child. Due to its spaciousness, there is a "conversation area" with a sofa and two armchairs in front of the antique marble fireplace (no longer usable). The room is equipped with an air conditioner for both cooling and heating. The bathroom, for the exclusive use of the room and obtained from a service room of the villa at the time of the restoration, is lit and ventilated by a window overlooking the garden and equipped with thermo-furniture

Leo's room is named after Leo Ferrero Lombroso, the promising young writer and playwright, son of Gina Lombroso and Guglielmo Ferrero, who slept here and wrote, captivated by the wonderful view of the Ema valley from the window, his "Diary of a privileged man under fascism." The furnishings date from the early 1900s, and the double bed is accessorized with modern wooden slatted bedsteads and comfortable high-quality mattress. The room is equipped with air conditioning for both cooling and heating. The bathroom was originally the only bathroom on the first floor of the villa with a window and a splendid view; it has been restored by giving it to the exclusive use of the room by recovering the faux-marble wall and ceiling decoration, then equipped with thermo-furniture.

At one time from the window of this room you could pick tasty fruit from the apricot trees that grew right below it. The Albicocchi room offers a splendid view of the Ema valley and the Chianti mountains with the typical alternation of olive trees, vineyards and woods. The furnishings date from the early 1900s, and the double bed is equipped with modern wooden slatted bed frames and comfortable high-quality mattress. The room is equipped with air conditioning for both cooling and heating. The bathroom is large with a large window overlooking the roof of the rural building; its ceiling, decorated with images of a book and stylus, tells of a different function originally, perhaps as a "study," a "meditation" space; following restoration it has been duly accessorized and equipped with thermo-furniture.
